1. Booking & Confirmation Policy
- All tour package, event fleet, and car rental bookings made with Mahadev Tours and Travels are subject to availability and formal confirmation.
- A formal booking confirmation voucher is issued once the agreed advance deposit has been received.
- Quotations provided verbally or via email/WhatsApp are valid for 7 days unless specified otherwise.
- Guests are responsible for verifying all itinerary details, passenger names, flight/train dates, and vehicle requirements stated on the confirmation voucher.
2. Payment Terms & Invoicing
- An initial advance deposit (typically 30% to 50% depending on the destination and hotel terms) is required at the time of reservation.
- The remaining balance amount must be settled prior to the departure date or upon arrival as stated in the booking voucher.
- We provide valid GST invoices (GSTIN: 24BVUPP8711R1ZH) for all personal, event, and corporate travel bookings.
- Accepted payment modes include UPI, Net Banking (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS), Debit/Credit Cards, and Direct Bank Transfers.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests should be made in writing through the official contact details provided by Mahadev Tours And Travels.
- The effective cancellation time/date will be based on when the cancellation request is received and acknowledged, subject to supplier policies.
- Cancellation charges may vary by package, travel date, hotel, transport provider, season, supplier rules, and time remaining before departure.
- Non-refundable hotel, transport, activity, safari permit, or supplier charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.
- Refunds, once approved, are processed after relevant supplier refunds/adjustments are received according to standard bank processing timelines.
- Failure to arrive for a booked service without prior notice may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable.
4. Car Rental, Taxi & Event Fleet Terms
- All our vehicles (Sedans, Innova Crystas, Force Urbanias, and Luxury Buses) are driven by certified, experienced commercial chauffeurs. Self-drive services are not offered.
- For outstation cab bookings, standard day limits and driver daily allowance terms apply as per the formal quotation.
- Night driving, toll taxes, parking fees, and interstate permits are billed as agreed in the formal travel estimate.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or transport of prohibited contraband in vehicles is strictly forbidden as per Indian Motor Vehicles regulations.
5. Identification & Travel Permits
- All Indian guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License).
- International travellers must possess a valid Passport and Indian Tourist/Business Visa.
- Special border area permits for visiting the White Rann of Kutch (Dhordo) and border destinations are mandatory and subject to government approval.
6. Changes, Amendments & Force Majeure
- Date changes, passenger-name changes, hotel changes, or itinerary revisions may be possible depending on availability and supplier rules (fare differences or amendment charges payable by the customer).
- Mahadev Tours and Travels shall not be held liable for itinerary changes, delays, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, landslides, road closures, strikes, riots, or government restrictions.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers covering medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and baggage loss.
7. Jurisdiction & Legal Framework
- Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising from our travel services or bookings shall be governed by the laws of India and subject exclusively to the courts of Bhuj (Kutch), Gujarat.
